如果开发java应用,经常需要配置JAVA_HOME路径,如果是通过yum安装的jdk(一般系统会自带open-jdk),下面讲述配置过程:
A 定位JDK安装路径
1. 终端输入:
which java

2. 终端输入:
ls -lr /usr/bin/java
输出为:
/usr/bin/java -> /etc/alternatives/java
3. 终端输入
ls -lrt /etc/alternatives/java
输出:
/etc/alternatives/java -> /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.8.0-openjdk-1.8.0.181-3.b13.el7_5.x86_64/jre/bin/java
至此,我们确定java的安装目录为: /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.8.0-openjdk-1.8.0.181-3.b13.el7_5.x86_64

由上实验可见,[Pre-built with user-provided Apache Hadoop](#Pre-built with user-provided Apache Hadoop)版需要自己修改配置文件去适配Hadoop,实际就是执行时在CLASSPATH中加入Hadoop的Jar包,而[Pre-built for Apache Hadoop](#Pre-built for Apache Hadoop)则是做到了开箱即用,将提前对应的Hadoop Jar包捆绑在其中,同时因为Hadoop 2.6和Hadoop 2.7的HDFS等接口不一样,所以Pre-built for Apache Hadoop分了两个版本。

C.将依赖的jar文件copy到新建的文件夹中
命令:$ cp /opt/cdh-5.3.6/hive/lib/mysql-connector-java-5.1.27-bin.jar ./external_jars/
备注:(只针对spark on yarn(cluster)模式)
spark on yarn(cluster),如果应用依赖第三方jar文件
最终解决方案:将第三方的jar文件copy到${HADOOP_HOME}/share/hadoop/common/lib文件夹中(Hadoop集群中所有机器均要求copy)
